Water Workouts We practice on the water at Mother's Beach, Long Beach, every weekend, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. After working on technique and endurance, we get lunch together before heading back to campus.
Perg Workouts The Paddle ERG is a machine that lives at our Dragon Boat House. It is used for training and time trials during our regular season, and will be used this fall as a teaching and workout tool for our local members. Training on the Perg will be set up with our Perg Office Hour Leaders and will be held outside to account for social distancing guidelines.
Gym Lift Groups Paddlers are organized into small groups called pods, which work out together and push each other to grow stronger. Inexperienced lifters are taught safe lifting techniques.
